1. Crop
2. Highlight/Shadows .. lift shadows avoid harsh lines
3. upres to 3000 pixels (or whatever your original is)
4. Run instasktech beta ...
5. copy original photo and paste above watercolor layer
6. reduce opacity of pencil layer
7. increase saturation of original photo
8. Use curves on sketch layer to lighten the fills and give the
outlines a bit more contrast
