I don't think I need to start a new thread for something this simple, but thanks for the compliment. As best as I can remember, the process went like this. First, I've discovered that I liked the results from the action best when the image was resized to about 10 mb. Then after running the action I:
1. set the Pencil Base layer to Overlay
2. duplicate the Watercolor Base and move it above the Pencil Base
3. Set its blend mode to Overlay
4. Duplicate Watercolor Base copy again and set its blend to Hue
5. At this point, you can desaturate or tint for a monochrome. For color you might want to tone down the saturation. But, because there is a lot of bright white in the image, I put it on a dark parchment as follows.
6. Set the foreground and background colors to two light beige colors. Make a new layer on top of the stack and Render>Clouds. Run the texturizer for some texture, then cycle through the blend modes and opacity for your best effect. I used Multiply.
Before applying the parchment, I probably did hundreds of different experiments with duplicating layers and blends. I use the history brush to combine my favorite effects from each.
Hope this helps, Bill
