Hi, Guys: I can see that I made a few mistakes (such as leaving out step 13), but that is fixed. My second mistake was not to include a preset for the lighting. Below is a screen shot of the lighting settings. The area highlighted in yellow is approximately where the light should be. Below this image, I'm including an action that does this for you. Just follow the link and save to your hard drive and I think most everyone knows how to loan an action, so there should be no problem. The reason I didn't do a preset is that the last time I did, there were a lot of problems with how it downloads. Hope this solves that problem. Thank you all for your comments on Samantha.
Also, on step 13, I do copy the original image that has been desaturated and this is the layer that I bring to the top above all the other layers to create the pencil outline. The pencil outline is optional and depends on the image on which you're working and the effect you wish to achieve.
I want to thank all of you for your input and I will update the original tutorial to reflect the above changes. Sometime later today, I will update the tutorial. In the meantime, you can go by the instructions I've posted here. http://www.trimoon.com/Lighting%20Effects.jpg
