There are a bait of ways and here is one you can try:
After you run the action, double click the top curves adjustment layer. Press the ALT key and left click the reset button that appears in place of the Cancel button. Dial in +30% for each color. Left click the monochrome check box to place a check in it. Left click it again to remove the check. Add a few points to the red slider.
