I really like Daniella's IR work too. This is a thread from the Minolta forum about her work flow:

http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/read.asp?forum=1024&message=5004274

She mentions using the channel mixer to swap the red and blue channels.

The way I have done this is by creating an adjustment layer using the channel mixer, and changing the values for the red and blue channels (ie changing the red from R=100/G=0/B=0 to R=0/G=0/B=100 etc...figured I would tell you because it took me a while to figure out, but then again I can be kind of dense sometimes :o)

Hope that thread helps some...
