Thanks, Platscha for your kind words. On the first step, I should have said dup image (so you can copy and paste it after) but I thought it would be confusing for some people. As it seems it had the opposite effect, let's try the other way.

1. duplicate image > image copy
2. on image copy, run DJ Ink sketch & hand colored
3. on original image, Palette Knife (18,2,8) + Dry Brush (6,1,1), Normal 60%
4. duplicate that last layer and Emboss (135,2,500), Soft Light 100%
5. go to the image copy, Select all and Copy.
6. back to the original, Paste.
7. on top of that, add adjustment layers to your taste or need (Hue/Saturation, Brightness/Contrast, Levels, Curve...).

The settings for filters and blending modes worked well on this image but they may vary according to your taste or depending on the image you work with.
