you know you can't really answer this
it depends on the resolutin of the image and how much sharpening is needed
BUT
I think you could sort of standardize settings if you want to.
your settings for neatimage is exactly what i use also in most cases

for unsharp mask in ps i would use amount 120/radius1/threshold0
try to sharpen only the luminance channel using lab mode then switch back to rgb.
