go to channels pallette, click on the layer called "lighness"
then apply unsharp mask, I don't have the exact value with me now, but I wrote them down at home, I can post them later, but the amount was pretty high, maybe 125 or so, maybe more, the radius was about 3.5 and the threshold was zero
then Image>mode>rgb
saved
looked good except the noise was pronounced so i ran through neat image for noise removal, i did not sharpen further through neatimage.
I didnt use a preexisting profile for neatimage, just selected a big rectangle of the sky and used the settings provided.
