Once the action stops....it tells you to hit stop....
then go to the text layer that has just a "B" in it....
double click on the "t" in the layer and this will highlight the text "B" in the logo....
now type in your first initial...and change the font or size or move it around if you don't like the way I did the logo.....
to move the layer you need to press enter after you put the first letter of your first name in...
then select the "move" tool from the tools palette....
now just use the keyboard arrows to move the first letter to where you want it.
Now do the same thing for the other three layers...
last part of first name...
first part of last name...
and of course last part of last name.
Now once you've got everything spelled out correctly and in the right postition....
now push the little play triangle on the actions palette.
