All images come from some web page. If you have one, upload to that page and then post the url of the image. Most here use pbase.com a gallery data base you can sign up for (small fee - but if you plan on staying around here or other picture forums, it's worth it). Once you sign up, you create galleries by uploading images (easy instructions at the site). Once the image is up, click on the url in the address bar and copy and paste it into a post. If you add [.jpg] to the end of the url the image will appear on the post. If not, one can click to see the image at your pbase gallery.
It's a good idea not to add the size (for example - pbase.com/imagexxx/*large*.jpg - instead, leave the large(or small, medium, original) out of the url.) That way the person viewing can determine the size he/she wants to view, which is a consideration if one is on a dialup connection. When viewing pbase images, the size that you last chose, will be the same size in the next viewing. Any questions, just ask.
