Starting with one layer with mask and a second layer with NO mask Hold down Shift + Ctrl + Alt and drag the mask to the second layer. This duplicates and inverts the mask. Other combinations of those keys will just Move the mask with or without inverting. If you already have a mask on the second layer, PS asks if you want to replace it with copy being moved. No option other than yes or no. It doesn't add a second mask or add to the existing mask. -- Joe Filer Mahomet, IL www.pbase.com/filer
