There are basically two things that affect the pressure.

1. with the brush tool active the icon on the top right of PS is the brush palette icon. Click on that and there are several 'Dynamics' that can be set to 'pen pressure'.

2. in the Wacom control panel, in the second frame down from the top is 'add applications to list...' and photoshop should be present and chosen - highlighted and in the next box down there should be the mouse icon and the pen icon, if not add them. Highlighting the pen icon, drop down to the rest of the dialog box and click on the "tip feel" tab and adjust the sensitivity.

If you've done both of these, then you'll have to wait until Monday :-
