I just noticed the new challenge "Rain" which opens in 7 day. The host is "Neil V". Everything else is OK, but why on earth is the rules include first:

/Capture date rules: * No restrictions./

and immediately after that:

/Additional rules: * As with the other challenges in this series the photos have time restrictions of when the are taken. They must be taken from when the challenge was announced until the closing day for submissions./

These are clearly contradictory statements. Could you please correct either of them? There has been quite a lot discussion about the disqualifications and unclear rules, and I must admit that there is some truth in those complaints.
