Hi, I have had my S9000 since 3/2/02 and for the first time I am getting a vertical band running up my prints and no amount of cleaning or deep cleaning cycles will cure it. I have gone through all 6 ink cartridges and re-aligned my printer heads and done the nozzle check numerous times to no avail. Where once my alignment was 0-0-0-0-0 all across the colors it is now plus 2 on black pus 1 on PM 0 on PC C is all checkard and Y is also plus 1.
No matter how many times I check my nozzle my CYAN will not display a pattern that is complete, it is always laced with unfilled lines so I know my problem is CYAN and not Photo Cyan. Is there a cleaning fluid or way to unclog my CYAN Ink? I have a ton of photos to print and a faulty print that is out of warranty I'm sure. Any fixes would be appreciated at this time, thanks.
