I have the following items ready to be purchased, but since I am a total newbie, I'd like to have an expert opinion. Note that I can only afford about $1300 USD at the most.

I would appreciate any comments or advice about my lens options since I will not change at all the camera in this list. For instance, should I buy a different telephoto lens? Or should I buy a prime lense instead of this telephoto?

Notice that this will be my first dSLR camera and I am a total newbie regarding this type of camera and lenses. I plan to use this camera to take pictures while traveling, portraits, and family pictures, for at this state and age, I don't think I can become a Pro photographer.
