Well the last time around didn't net much response, hopefully we haven't found the end of questions on the beginner board here.

I'm again opening this thread for anyone that has questions about shooting. Doesn't really matter what you're trying to shoot, or what you're trying to shoot it with. If you have a question on how to shoot something, post it here and I'll see if I can get an answer for you, if not I'll try and point you in the right direction.

I'm a professional commercial / event photographer here in Portland, OR. I don't claim to be an expert on everything / anything, but I've shot a lot of different things and may be able to get you the information you need.

Before I was asking not to receive much of gear questions, but am changing my mind. I personally shoot on a mix of Nikon and Canon cameras and have shot with most other brands.
