At the moment im still new to ps and am still learning the basics, however ive found photos on a site which I love the look of and want to recreate them. I can see that you can purchase the action sets(obv I dont want to do that due to cost) however is there a basic way of recreating a similar look.

Heres the blog showing the type of pp I like.
