Hello,
I got a Nikon D60 recently with a Nikon AF-S DX 18-105mm lens. It seems like a fine piece of equipment, however I'm not quite impressed with the image quality. On most of the photos I review, it looks like there is a severe lack of color depth. It looks like the camera's sensor is only capable of producing Windows 95 picture quality. In areas of the picture where the colors are very close to being the same, it appears that the camera blotches that area with one single color. Yes, the colors are close but the human eye can still tell. On the first photo, you can see the very profound gray blend of color on my dog's back. Same issue on the other photos.
