Its very annoying to not have this program available in Canada. I own six pieces of Nikon equipment and to be treated as a second class customer when this program is only available in the USA is disappointing. Nikon offered no price discounts to Canadian buyers but discount their service to Canadian customers.

Previous attempts to get an explanation from Nikon Tech support produced a final response of "tough but that is the way it is" .

Maybe they are doing the beta testing in the USA but I would like to use the advertised benefits now.
