Error 30 on Canon's 5D mark II

That is a big shame that a huge company like Canon do nothing about a problem like this. My 5D 2 is just one month used, and I can't work with it anymore. I went to the local technical assistance and they said that this error 30 is about the shutter.

The big shame for Canon is that, if you bought the equipment out of your country ( I can see that I'm not the only one in this situation) you don't have any kind of assistance in a problem like that. The camera does not function anymore, and they say that you have to replace the heart of it, and pay for it.

I am really said with the treatment that Canon is giving me here in Brazil. I Think these is a construction problem and they should handle, but I 'll have to send the camera back to USA to have a new one.

Just for you to know: there is nothing about the weather conditions in this error. This is a shutter error. And the main issue is that these is a construction problem.
