Panasonic misleading specs.

I've come with two items in Panasonic Cameras that are Misleading at best.

With the SZ3 they say the camera is capable of doing 1280x720 @ 60fps video in the marketing material.
But that is like calling a camera 12MP when the sensor can only do 6MP.

That is so because 'hidden' in their official specs sheet they say.
"1280x720, 60P(CCD output is 30p)"
So what the hell that is suppose to mean ?!

Also Panasonic touts the GH1 as a true Multiple Aspect ratio camera.
But when you check the official specs in many countries around the world you'll see that they are using a standard 4/3 size sensor.
Again, how can that be, if they want to keep the same angle of view. ?!

So is it me or is Panasonic deliberately misleading the consumer.
