Toshiba entrusted with SuperCCD, Fuji Cameras moving to China
Digitalcamera.jp informs us that Fuji will be transferring production of digital cameras to their Chinese facilities around August 2008. Also the wafer process of the Super CCD honeycomb chip will be "entrusted" to Toshiba. More internal (in Japan) changes as well. It appears this will result in "cost competitiveness" and "functional strengthening".
