At the IDP net radio there is an interview by Scott Sheppard of Nikon photographer Vincent Versace. Some technical details of the new camera are being discussed, among other the new sensor. To me it sounds like the D3 has a true RGB sensor.

Could this be an answer to extreme ISO fidelity of the D3?
We have to wait until the cameras arrives, but this sounds almost to good to be true.
